האוכל ממש טעים גם בשבת . קיבלנו ערכת תינוק שכללה סטרליזטור אז מאוד מודים למלון. תיקנו בעיה מהר ברגע שהודענו. יש השקעה גדולה בילדים, הבידור פה מאוד מושקע
המעליות היו קטנות וברובן לא היה מזגן, היה קשה להגיע לקומה 10 כי יש רק 4 מעליות על כמעט 400 או יותר איש במלון והתפוסה הייתה פה מלאה, אתם חייבים להגדיל את הגודל של המעליות אם אתם משאירים את הכמות זה היה סיוט!!! הבריכה הייתה עמוסה בטירוף ולא היה מקום לכולם, אתם צריכים לחשוב על דרך אחרת לסדר את המקומות סביב הבריכה ובכללי לא היה מקום לזוז היה מפחיד להכניס תינוקות קטנים המים היו בסדר מינוס גם אין מזגן במסדרון של קומה 10 אז חם וחנוק בטירוף. אין מספיק שקעים מסביב למיטה
האוכל טוב, השירות גם טוב. המון אנשי צוות פרוסים בכל המלון.
המעליות מזעזעות, לפעמים 10 דק המתנה עם ילדים על הידיים. המזגן במלון גם מזעזע, בלובי, בחדר אוכל, במסדרונות ואפילו בחדרים. הייתי צריך לקרוא לאיש צוות 3 פעמים ולרדת לקבלה כדי לקבל שירות על המזגן.
